I want a program to take as input an ASCII text (specifically from Project Gutenberg), and makes a word list of all the proper nouns. A list of all words that begin with an uppercase letter but do not begin a sentence would be sufficient. I want this list so that the text can be analyzed for vocabulary frequency using the program Range ([url removed, login to view]). I would like to release this program under the GPL license if possible, so using free and open source software is desirable, particularly if it brings the price down. I would prefer a very simple DOS program written in C++, if possible.
