Query whois db for email

I am looking for a program that will query the whois database for the email addresses of domain owners. I would like to input a simple .txt file with a list of the domains, each on a separate line, and have the program find the contact email address for the website address. The resulting .txt file must match up exactly line by line with the original (for excel spread sheat use) So when I copy and paste the contents of the [login to view URL] file back into excel, they'll line up perfectly with the list of domain names. If there isn't a contact, I should have the option to fill in the line with a default name (such as [login to view URL]) or just leave a blank space/blank line in the txt file so it lines up when I paste it back into excel. I think this should be a simple project. Please test it first before sending updates/final product. Doesn't need to be superfancy, just has to work fast and legally (I don't want to get banned for queries...I'm not sure as to these issues, so you should have a firm grasp of the whois db to post a bid) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
