I want to have developed a file converter with human interface that will allow me to convert 3DS car model graphic files into 3DO and mip texture files that will function in a race car simulation called Grand Prix Legends. There have been tools made before for this but they are cumbersome and only a few have had the skills to use them. I can provide examples of the files I want converted, tools that have been used in the past, and a description of how to make a race car from a 3DS file.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
This is for Windows XP. The game was published in 1998 but has been updated and patched regularly
