(Edited for clarity)
RASberry will be a very small Windows executable file that will open a VPN connection (using the native Windows PPTP client), and then an RDP session (using the native Windows RDP client) to a remote PC? on a remote LAN based upon the username and password entered by the remote user.? When the RDP session is closed by the user, RASberry will close the VPN connection, and then terminate itself.
I am already doing this with BAT scripts, but need an executable program that is:
1) more secure than BAT files, which store passwords in plain text
2) will read user data from an encrypted TXT file
In addition to being functional, I'll need the interface (which is just a username & password prompt) to have the ability to display a custom graphic (like a little BMP file so users can "brand" the program).
RASberry? is basically a secure way of reading user data from an encrypted table, and then automating? VPN and RDP sessions using Windows-native services.
Thanks for looking.
