I am wanting to compile data from websites (some are pdf, excel, ect)...these websites are houses being foreclosed on with bid amounts...take that info to my access spreadsheet that i run through sharepoint....put in address and bid amount then go out to county website for tax apprasial then subtract the 2 with a formula i give you.? If it meets my criteria alert me some way (e-mail - text-anything).? I have about 4 counties i want to do this in.? Plus i may do the entire state of houses that sell below 10K to alert me even though we don't have each county set up for tax apprasials.? I would like to do the non-compete discloure before giving up all the sources i have...might like to have the option of selling this to other investors in other areas states....Look forward to looking at the bids.
