Robo OS

Needed:

Complete OS for prototype robot that is to be built. OS must allow robot to function indipendently of human interaction (must be able to analyse situations by itself and decide appropriate courses of action). I'm not to sure if this is even possible but since I can't program I couldn't tell. Robot is to be equiped with a full array of sensors and quite a bit of weaponry. The program also needs to be adaptable to different models of the prototype specializing in different tasks.

The OS should also be able to interact with others of the same type in military command fashon (i.e. one "Master Control" gatheres in all information from each particular situation and distributes the suggested plan of action to all robots below it, however the robot in the field does not need to follow the order exactly). OS should allow each robot to make it's own decisions about each situation while relying heavily on the suggested course of action of it's superior.

In all the robot should be able to figure out it's own way of accomplishing a task set by a human w/o needing the human to guide it step by step, all it should need is a task and a set of parameters, and then it should do the rest. I hope that this is possible!

This OS should have all programs to accomplish all of the above described functions or all programs should run on Windows XP.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
