The concept is very simple, a folder is added to the user's internet explorer "favorites" menu, this folder is called something like "Private" or "Secure"... if the folder is selected a password prompt is requested. If no password is set, then a dialog to set a password is given. The url files in the folder and the folder itself need to be encrypted somehow such that an "average" or "ordinary" user would not be able to access the folder via windows explorer or via the internet explorer toolbar without a proper password.
