Socksify and tunneling program

This project is to create a application that will socksify and dynamically tunnel data from a users computer, across to one our our SSH servers. This application should be a direct replacement for our current setup, which currently involves the user to user FreeCap / SocksCap to socksify a program , then they must loggin into one of our SSH servers through PuTTY. We are looking for a single application to do both these tasks. You can see the current process involved at lowergameping.com. The site only currently covers one game, we want to make it handle many different applications/ games and softwares. So the program should, intercept all TCP and UDP communications from applications launched from the project prgram. These communications are then tunneled ('proxified') via our tunneling servers to the target servers. And example of the software we are after is <[login to view URL]>. Looking for a basic GUI nothing too fancy, we will do the GUI and other tasks, but we need the main part of the program written and working. We would like to talk and discuss with a coder to build this project that has some experience in developing such applications or has the understanding to acheive the end result.
