SQL Server Backup solution

We need a program that can be deployed on our MS SQL server. It should perform a backup of all databases every 24 hours and copy them over to a specific directory in an FTP account. While doing the backup, it should also truncate the log file.

We need another similar program that copies a specific directory to another specific directory on a FTP account, every 24 hours.

Both programs should run as services under Windows.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
