Start & stop windows services

i need a program to do the following: 1) list all services & startup programs similar to windows' msconfig except also the start menu\startup folder. 2) export list of services & programs set to run on startup to a file. 3) stop all non-essential services this will be done aginst a list in a file, and by selecting services/programs from the list at run time if you can provide a list of all essential services that would be great. also the list of essential programs and services need to exportable to a file. also the list of essential services should be able to include services/programs that arnt on the current PC, the program should be able to use only what is relevent to current PC. 4) if all services could not be stopped then set their startup attribute to manual/disabled and restart the computer. 5) be able to restart all services, and if services startup were disabled to re-enable them & restart the computer. 7) to be able to export a text based file that contains: service/program name startup type exe name _____________________________________________ must be able to run in windows 2000+ and server editions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform windows
