I would like some software to do the following. When and email arrives in my outlook inbox: It would Read who it was from… ? and also read the word IN… it would then start a clock to keep time for that person. That person later that day would send another email with the word OUT. It would then stop the clock and print out the total time for that day for that employee.
I am having people that work for us sms there time in. That sms comes to my email box and we have to do all of that manually. it would have to keep track of at least 10 employees. i would think it could be done using something like outlook wizard? with a few add on's
