I would like to copy all email addresses in outlook to excel then into Act. I have copied and pasted the email addresses and it works for fully exntended email addresses. However, my problem occurs when an address shows in the in box in name form only. For example a name may say Jim Smith...but what I really want is his addresss which can be obtained by opening up properties... and then I see [url removed, login to view] at [url removed, login to view] for example.
I am running windows 2000 and outlook 2002..
