User Management

I need a user management system, where the user can register and start a clan member list. The clan list are clan members for different games like counter strike, halo, call of duty, ect... This user management system will be a clan record database where it will track how many wins - lost the clan has had. and list the top xx on a page. The wins - lost will be changed by the admins in the admin control panel of the program. In the clan database there should be a place where the clan members can submit a screen shot or upload a picture, this is where we decide who was the winner. There should also be a spot so members can upload a replay of the match. In the member system I would also like a place where they can add funds to there accounts (Paypal, Moneybooker) They can use this funds to enter into tournaments that is setup by the admins. Its like a registration fee to enter the tournament. The customers will find a match with other clans listed on our website. They will keep scores and upload the score themselves. The main goal of this program is the open tournaments where people will submit there clan into, there is a registration fee where each clan have to pay. At the end of the tournament they will get the registration fee and more back. Admin Panel : Should include a area where I can view each user and there information, Mass Email users, View Clans, Adjust wins/lost, Add wins/lost, edit the top 10 list for each game / clan, add catagory (new games), Be able to modify the templates of the whole program. Please let me know if you have any questions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
