This project is meant to gather together a group of talented volunteers to be a part of a UI research and design project. I have already laid out a plan to conduct research about how users currently use their interfaces. I would like to get your input on the research project as well as some coding help to create it. I have started porting my design into mindmeister which is attached. My initial design calls for a firefox toolbar which would collect information about people and how they are using their interface. Ultimately I would like to write a research document based on findings and post them and our ongoing research on our website guiresearch.com. I have worked on consolidating TYPES of actions people do on their machines which are productive and counterproductive and our goals will be to sort them out. Currently on the team are an MS/DOM, MD, MBA, and PHD. I don't care if there are 3 of your or 200 of your, but if you are dedicated and interested in what this team has to give back to the community and have skills you can contribute by all means send me a note and lets get started. Best, Michael
