I'm looking for someone to create a web page header graphic to go at the top of a web page and an html template.
This should be a very simple page template as there is no navigation required. I am simply looking for a banner at the top, a html color background (or 1 pixel jpeg color file) that is consistent with the banner, and a single table where I can copy and paste my own content.
The website is intended for readers of a paperback book who wish to request additional information from the author.
It will be a 1 page website.
The page template will be used to house a form that I will place into the template after this project is complete.
The banner graphic should say:
Welcome to Jenne Chi's
Top Dollar System TM
the TM is a trademark symbol and should be in a smaller font and superscript. I couldn't duplicate that in this posting.
The first line should be smaller than the 2nd line... as the site emphasis is on the concept "Top Dollar System"
The front and back cover of the book is included for your reference. It would be fine to play around with include the photo of the author in the banner graphic... but so long as it doesn't over power the phrase "Top Dollar System".
Only the photo from the attached file may be reused, the fonts and other graphical images can not be copied exactly - not is there a need to do so.
Preference will be given to bidders who can turn this project around FAST... ideally in a few hours.
