Webpage Compressor Application

This one is a challenge. There is a general rule that applies that if your webpage takes over 6 seconds to load than there is an increased chance that that person will look somewhere else. Basically I need an application online (web application) or offline (desktop application) that will compress your webpage/graphics/flash etc. so that instead of taking 1 minute and 20 seconds to load it will take 6 seconds or down by at least half. I know there used to be a program that did this but as browsers were upgraded this program got left behind and now doesn't work. I would prefer that this software ran on multiple operating systems but windows is essential if a desktop application if a web application I would prefer it to be compatible with all browers. With displaying the compressed webpage, I need it to be compatible with all browsers. I need full source code with major and minor headings for the software application. thanks for bidding ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
