I am preparing to launch a new site and need help with some graphics work. I am a code-monkey and don't have that eye for design that is required to make a site really look great. The site is [url removed, login to view] and I am currently looking for the following graphics to add to the main site. 1. New Logo (maybe? still deciding) 2. Process images The process images will include the following text that describes how the software works (or something equivalent that looks better). 1. Create a meal and invite your friends 2. Everyone places their orders 3. Call in the order after the cutoff time 4. Eat! 5. Enter receipt and payments The process images should contain more than just the text listed above, it should include graphical elements that illustrate the actions occurring in each step. I will leave it to you to determine how that would be most effective (I am not an artist). I would envision that the process graphics have rounded corners and a ratio of 5:1, which will probably manifest itself as 500px by 100px when placed on site, but I welcome ideas or input from you, since I'm not the expert. I would like for the images to incorporate the existing color scheme of the site, however if you feel it would be more appropriate, I would be willing to adapt the site color scheme to match the images you create. I am looking to make the site look web2.0-ish (even though I hate that description). I want something that looks awesome, but I do not have the artistic eye. I look forward to working with someone more skilled in that area than I and I hope it will lead to future projects together. I would really love to establish a long-term relationship, since I am constantly launching new sites that need better graphics work than I can perform. You may bid the logo and the process images separately if you choose. Please include links to your previous work in your bid response. Price limits can be exceeded if the work is awesome!
1) Graphics files in their original vector and non-vector formats (likely .psd, .jpg, .png) 2. The graphics files resized to the sizes discussed in the project description. 3) The bidder may use the graphics as part of their professional portfolio when attracting new clients, but may not resell them. This does not override the statement in (4). 4) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
