running on windows server 2003. I wish to make an archiver / retrval system for a single windows media stream. the steam needs to be set up to recod to the hard drive at all time sthat it is on, I then need a system via a web page for users viewing that web page to be able to click on a date and key in a time and the archive will start playing video from that particular date and time. users wil be able to tage interesting items that they see and a list of interesting items will be shown under the date / time selector for all, clicking on one of those "highlights" will play the file from that point. this is simalar to the archiver that this site uses here: [url removed, login to view] however we would be using windows media and running this off the same machine as the windows media server runs.
