I need someone to rework the Great Real Estate Plugin for the Wordpress blogging system. The plugin can be downloaded here:

This is a very new WP plugin and it needs some tweaking before it will fully work for my clients. The primary functionality of the plugin handles about 80% of what we need it to do, we have just a few minor changes that we need the plugin to be able to handle and we'd like to change the layout of it's output and design.
I believe then entire original plugin cost around $700 to build so we feel that we should be able to get these minor changes done affordably. For a complete description of the job see the attached document.
Coder Requirements -
1.) Winning coder must be able to complete these changes within 14 days - a bonus will be paid for fast delivery
2.) No coder will be considered unless they have a feedback score of 8 or higher on 10 or more jobs.
3.) Coder must be very experienced in creating and working with Wordpress plugins - we will not accept any coder that simply have a good programming background - you must be able to work within the Wordpress plugin framework or you will not be considered.
4.) Coder must include the word "Wizard" in the first line of their bid. This is to weed out any coders who do automatic bidding and/or coders that simply don't know how to read or follow directions.
Good luck with your bidding. This job should be easy for the right coder. I'm looking for a Wordpress specialist that I can use on a regular basis for my clients jobs. Perhaps you're the right coder to handle this project and future jobs.
See the attached file with step by step detailed instructions of exact what we'd like changed. Remember:
1.) Only coders with a feedback of 8 or higher on 10 or more jobs will be considered.
2.) The job must be complete within 14 days - a bonus will be paid for faster delivery
3.) The coder MUST have experience working with and creating Wordpress plugins - we will be checking your work history.
4.) The coder must include the word "Wizard" in the first line of their bid so as to weed out automatic bidders and coders that don't care to follow instruction.
Good luck with your bidding and we look forward to working with the right coder!
