I would like a secure platform that houses all calls/chat requests. And will check for the workstation that is available to take the call/chat. Basically a queue function utility. The queue should function through my company website that is already built. The freelancer will load the queue onto my already built website. The queue will direct our clients' customer service calls and chat requests to an available workstation. There will also need to be a queue monitoring function implemented. The queue monitoring function will also be added to my already built website. The monitoring function will show if the queue is off or on, how many call/chat requests are in the queue, and which workstations are logged into the queue. My website is developed in wordpress.
