Custom rewrite rule for Wordpress

I got a Wordpress site.
Using Wordpress functions like add_rewrite_tag and add_rewrite_rule I would like to have a piece of code to put into my [url removed, login to view] theme file that will work like that:
- i have a page like [url removed, login to view] with some items on it
- i can add a filter like [url removed, login to view] that will be like [url removed, login to view]
Of course user wont be redirected. Means that if i ask for [url removed, login to view] it wont go to [url removed, login to view] url will remain [url removed, login to view] but I will be able to get variables "personal" and "daniele" in the page template file.
