Experienced Wordpress, Search Intelligency Programmer NEEDED!

I am looking for an experienced Programmer who can work on my project [login to view URL] Little Introduction: Power IM Deals is a wordpress based membership site for Internet Marketers, A free internet marketing products search engine and a product review blog with 10% cash back & bonus points to our members whenever they buy from us. So - As a programmer, your duty will be: 1. Make a wordpress membership site for poerimdeals.com. We are planning to update our members with their total cashback money & total bonus points on personal basis (Means it will be seperate value for each member). Daily free trainig update, weekly deal update etc (These will be same for all members). 2. Make a search result page on home page and bestseller page so person can find deals within seconds using categories and key phrase basis. Obviously put a CSS3 or any other search bar at the top of membership page and these 2 pages. Let you know in details later 3. A deal alert page: where our visitors can subscribe for our newsletter. They can select one or more categories to get news for. You must know about how to use aweber or mailchimp with this. 4. You can make a professional pop up when anyone click on register link -> So visitors can register with putting just one email or can sign up by facebook login on the same page they visit out website. 5. Some other little coding to make site more functional. 6. If you can design graphics yourself like logo, professional form, pop up design, Sign up - Know more and register button, It will be great. If no, I will hire someone else. I'm looking for someone who: - Give their full Attention to detail and follows instructions exactly - Must be able to meet the tight deadline. - Should be professional.
