WP Image Generator Plugin

I need an image script for a WooCommerce/Wordpress installation. It's for a cosmetic company and what we are trying to do is create a way for the admin to generate color images of their various different colored powders on the fly on the back end of wordpress. The image can either be uploaded, pick from gallery, or you can select generate Image. It then gives you the option to pick from 15 Base textures- these are the jpg images in the zip file below. I then want to be able to use a color picker or put in a manual html color code to input the color. [login to view URL] then becomes the color mask that overlays on top of it. I need an effect exactly like the Overlay blending mode on Photoshop-NOT OPACITY!!!. This will give the texture layer the color we need for the product shots. Also keep in mind, I'm looking for the images generated to be Photorealistic. I'm NOT looking for someone to fade down opacity, I need the colors blended to be more realistic- so any tips or tricks that you know may be of use.
