PHP / Zend 2 - Development team required for eCommerce website

I want to build an ecommerce website so I can sell my seasonal merchandise. I'm looking to accept card payments and to obviously update the products on my website. I am looking for a complete solution including domain registration and hosting. We are looking for someone with good design skills that can provide completed designs in an HTML5 responsive format and in a timely manor. Our initial project is a redesign of our current ecommerce website and if the project goes well we have several new websites planned. Our plan is to find someone we can work with on an ongoing basis so I set this up as an hourly paid project with the rate to be decided later, I will consider all reasonable rates. Our preference is to pay hourly as work progresses however will also consider well structured fixed price proposals for designers that prefer not to work hourly. I will provided additional details on request if needed after reviewing your portfolio of previous work. For our first project want to redesign our existing ecommerce website [login to view URL] to a cleaner more attractive fully HTML5 responsive design. This will include our home page, primary category pages, sub category pages, product pages. Our website is provided and hosted using the [login to view URL] service and we do have a developer we work with that can implement the designs for anyone that is not familiar with this platform. We also have a test site setup with 3dCart for implementing and testing the new design before moving to our live site. We will provide access if you are fully familiar with 3dCart and would like to implement designs on a live platform for testing or we will have our developer make these updates if you are not familiar with 3dcart. We do have some design ideas we have been working on including a new logo and header that we will share with the designer that is awarded this project.
