Wordpress plugin

Hi,

I have simple work on 2 wordpress plugins.

1) Quick contact plugin

=> I have the quick contact plugin with me. What I want here is some design change which will suit different wordpress themes. Meaning the plugin should be flexible in terms of color and structure. I should be able to change its color. I should be able to change its structure(horizontal or vertical). I should be able to place this plugin in a POST or [url removed, login to view] plugin is available here->[url removed, login to view]

I cant spend more than $30 for this project. If you read and understand my requirement mention "Quick Contact" in Bid.
