I already have a basic design of a website which I have made for a team in a work place.
As part of a joke, every week the team votes a hero and villian. For example if smeone takes a friday of we vote them villian as a joke.
I want a facility on the website I have designed for people to choose hero or villian and also type a reason why they have chosen this. The result is then emailed back to an email address
I would also like 2 pictures designed. One to represent a hero and one to represent a villian for the page. Very simple! :-)

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
