ASP.Net, XML, and web service skills

Create a rental car web application that interacts with ASP.Net XML web services. It would need to shop rates, book reservations, modify reservations, and cancel reservations. I would like this done in .Net, I ask for ASP.Net, XML, and web service skills. I need to have created a page on my site that will access their XML database search available cars . This is a start of the description of the project. The company will be writing a more complete one. I am offering this as a start.
