I need a mini CMS to store data for a CSS menu.
The data is to be stored in an XML file.
The CSS menu will be standard code we can use from the internet.
The CMS should allow me to add new menus and submenus (and submenus of submenus).
The CSS code needed to be independent of the PHP code.
I need to be able to change the CSS code and the CMS system should still work.
When a menu or submenu is created, a copy of an existing web page should be copied (as well as some other files, like XML files).
When a menu or submenu is created, I should be given a choice of which page from the current website will be copied.
I should be able to add new pages that are available for being chosen to copy.
This could be easily done if the choice of available pages to copy was simply a listing of all php files ina aspeciifc directory for example.
I should be able to give a new name to the copied page.
If the page already exists, then I should get notification of this and be allowed to choose another name or choose a suggested name.
After the new file is copied, the new menu or submenu should be assigned to the new page created.
Along with the new page being copied, an XML file of the same name is also copied.
At the top of every page copied, you have some code that looks like this:
For the new page, [url removed, login to view] should be the same name as the new XML file also created.
The whole CSS menu should be contained in one DIV tag.
On every web page, I will have something like:
<?php include("menu.php"); ?>
The CMS should allow me to rename and delete pages.
The CSS menu should get updated, if a page is renamed or deleted.
If a page is renamed, the associated XML file should also be renamed accordingly.
AND the code at the top of the page should also be changed.
Let’s say the original file is called, [url removed, login to view] and we copy this file and rename it to userfile.php.
The top code at the top of the file, should change from:
I also want to be able to copy existing files but not have these be associated with the CSS menu.
So, when creating a new page, the user should be given the choice of having this as a new part of the CSS menu or not.
I will give examples of the files to be copied later.
Everything must be done using XML files – no databases.
I will want a more advanced version of this code to be programmed using databases at a later stage.
The should be user name and password needed to get into the CMS system.
The username and password should be contained in one PHP file.
All files associated with this code should have CSSCMS at the end of the name.
For example if you were to have a file called [url removed, login to view], then this file should be called adminCSSCMS.pbp.
Ideally, I would like the CMS system to be coded in pure CSS: no tables.
All code needs to be well commented.
I’m looking to pay $100 for the above code. I think this is more then enough for the work needed to be done.
I want the code done within 2 days. I don't think the work requires more than a few hours of programming.
Please send a PM if you have any further questions.
