A Natural Resource Management Group planning a conference require a community site that will allow attendees and web users to interact and recieve conference content Project Requirements: •An simple but dynamic front page for users who may not be familiar with web 2.0 services •A profile/friend/blog system not dissimilar to myspace so registering users can meet and interact with likeminded users •Online Conference registration including payment processing •Podcast and Vlog galleries •Ability to integrate web 2.0 services such as flickr, twitter, rss feeds based on keywords •A content management system will allow conference organisers to provide significant content via a variety of rss and email possibly limited fax and / or sms feeds Client Deliverables: •Single point of contact for project management •Feedback and approvals typically within 2-3 business days to maximum of 5 business days allowing for time zone differences. •Logo, style sheet, and key graphics and images provided •Key copy and content provided (user interface type content may be a collaboration between vendor and client Platform, Hosting & Language Requirements: •A wordpress or similar engine PHP/SQL foundation •Hosting recommendations will be sought from the vendor and configuration, backup, and upgrades will be the responsibility of the vendor •All programming must meet strict W3C standards as outlined on the [url removed, login to view] web site. Estimated Project Duration: •Site launch is anticipated 2nd week of July 2007 Proposal Requirements and Selection Criteria Bids should include the name and contact information of persons to be contacted for clarification of the bid if needed. Proposals should include a summary of an approach to the work with regards to process, methodology, and testing/quality assurance. Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: •team experience 40% quality of proposed process 20% •price 20% •experience and skill level of project managers 20%
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
