I need a VERY experienced HTML/CSS coder to convert an existing screen design of a site into the equivelant HTML/CSS.
I will supply a Photoshop PSD. You will be responsible for converting it into HTML/CSS.
Scope - You are converting just one image to HTML/CSS. That is all. I will expand the job if the results are good.
Experience - DO NOT REPLY UNLESS YOU CAN DEMONSTRATE THE HIGHEST QUALITY CSS/HTML CREATION. You must have at least 5 years experience.
CSS - The resulting code must be CSS driven, no table layouts.
Standards Compliance/Accesibility - AAA compliant code and passes all major tests
Cross browser compatible - It must render virtually identically in all major browsers including IE7.
Payment - I need this done well and in a hurry so am prepared to pay well.
Delivery - Within 24 hours
Language - You MUST be a native English language speaker based preferebly in the USA or the UK. Apologies to foreign coders but the communication has to be first class.
Availability - You must be available to start within the next 12 hours. You must also be available by messenger and preferebly phone in order to ensure smooth delivery.
DHTML - You must have experience of creating menus.
Flash - There is a smal flash requirement. It is not critical but preference will be given to anyone who has this experience. If you don't but are an excellent HTML/CSS creator apply anyway.
Confidentiality - I will release the concept screen to the winner. Assume reasonable complexity to the design.
