Flash Quiz (675712)

I am looking for an experienced flash designer to create a quiz for the driving school’s website. The Quiz already exists in VB, written many years ago when I was in college. Check the attached file for gameplay instructions and further requirements: Application Requirements: The application should be in flash and the database storing images and sounds of questions and answers should be in SQL (as well as the results of the test mode). The design of the interface must be able to change. All images, sounds and videos need to load on runtime to reduce file size. When the sound is selected to off from the user the application should not load at all the sound files from the server for bandwidth purposes. What will be provided from me: • The design of the interface in Photoshop or Flash. • All the questions (1470) and answers categorized with links to images and sounds in access or xml file. • All the sound files • All the images files • The Video files. For any questions or suggestions for improvements please feel free to contact me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
