You are bidding to design the following. Please read the rules below before bidding. This is what is required: 1) Logo 2) Homepage 3) Personalized homepage for members 4) Search results page 5) Category page (lists articles) 6) Backend page for members/admins 7) Member profile page 8) Article page 9) A couple pages with custom user input forms All the pages besides the homepage should have the same feel, so there wouldn't be much difference between them. We want the front page to be something like [url removed, login to view] if not a member and maybe something like [url removed, login to view] if a member. However, the site should have its own feel and look and not replicate these! Site must be easy to navigate, with links on the left side, article on the right, search bar is on every page, like [url removed, login to view] See [url removed, login to view] for some navigation ideas as well as this screenshot ([url removed, login to view]) for an example of a well organized page (although we want something pretty different). RULES FOR BIDDING: 1) Extremely good at English if it is not your native language 2) Must show at least 2 content sites you have designed before. A bonus if you can also show a backend design for admins or members. 3) Must have an RAC rating > 9 with at least 5 projects completed. Do not bid if you cannot satisfy all 3 rules, your bid will be ignored. If project is not completed by strict deadline you get 0% transferred funds. All files (.gif,.psd,.html,etc.) are required to be complete. Site should be done with CSS where possible and eliminate obsolete tables, yet allow for easy configurations and manipulations.
