help completing the php project

ok i have a site that needs few things changed/added -We need to have instructions that will go under the registration page(editable in admin panel) -We will need to have legal terms that need to be checked in order to register (should be editable from admin panel) -Add a line called men at work that will be checked in the form for sign up (radio button) -Add a line for "Company" in the form for sign up -If you check Men at work you will only have access to listen to the site and read the Men at Work Blog. That is it. -Can we have a search function for the library of songs? in the back end functionality Also would like to create a drop down in the blog on the nav.
