We require the installation of phpbb which is a php based forum software. The project requires you to install the software in a subdirectory of an existing site (ensuring you do not remove any functionality from the existing site which is live). Also you will set the various categories for forum posts which we will provide you with. You will also configure the forum including setting up various levels of protection e.g. for free members and paid members, and marketing "paid" member forum categories as "read only" to free members, etc. You would also setup a header image on the forum and customise various links/text/image ad's in the script to link to different websites, etc that we will provide you information about. It's possible some of the changes may require you to edit the php code, but as much as possible you would work to configure the forum using the inbuilt tools so that upgrading to new versions would not remove custom functionality. We will provide all necessary graphic images, links, category names, etc for you.

You should use the latest stable version of phpbb to install and as the site you are installing it on is a live and busy website, you need to install this is a new subdirectory so it does not effect the existing site in any way. Where appropriate you may have to "merge" some files e.g. the .htaccess file if required. The existing site has various .html and php code as well as two blogs in separate directories.
