Joolma Template Creation

You will take a vBulletin skin that we already own -- including the CSS and graphics -- and create a template look that matches for Joolma, based on a functional template we are already using.

The current Joolma skin we are using has built in functionality that is important to the website. As such, you will not make a new template from scratch, but use the current Joolma template and mod it to look like the one we are currently using for our vBulletin forum.

Your goal will be to make the site look the same -- so that users will not be able to tell where Joolma begins and the forum ends. Accordingly, you will be an expert at CSS and Joolma -- you need not know anything about vBulletin, as you will not be touching it. You will use it as a visual reference only, and apply the graphics from the skin to Joolma.

You must understand how to make Joolma templates, as there may be small code modifications required to create it -- to assure the CSS matches and the template functions the same as it currently does.

You will have one week (7 days) to complete the project. You may not mark the template with any URLs or links back to you; this is a behind the scenes job only.

## Deliverables

To review: 1.) You will look at [url removed, login to view] and use it as a visual reference. It is the look we are going after for the entire site. 2.) We will provide access to the vBulletin skin as illustrated above, so you can use the CSS and graphics. 3.) You will MODIFY our CURRENT Joolma template look, NOT create a new one. However, you will create changes in the Joolma CSS and PHP and/or any other aspects of the Joolma enviroment to assure that the front end (for users) looks substantially like the vb skin provided. 4.) Functionality of the current Joolma template WILL BE MAINTAINED. When you are done, it will function the same as it did before you began work. It is a custom template designed to work with an integrated cart; you will assure that it is completely functional. If you break something, you will be required to fix it. This includes transparencies, menu locations, cart pop-up, pages, articles, and so on. It must work perfectly as Joolma and the template company designed it. You are changing the look. 5.) It must be compatable with current browsers. 6.) You will have 7 days to complete the project and deliver it in an installable zip file that could be used to do an automatic install into Joolma. We will provide all of the files from the vb skin and Joolma template for you to modify. You will complete the project and install it on our server.
