Make changes to FLA files

We have an existing site which was designed in flash. We are aware that it was not coded well however we need a quick fix to make it function until we can have it recreated. The flash files in the attachment need to be fixed so that spanish characters (i.e. ñ á é í ó ú) show up correctly, both in the menu (all of the "Youth Services" subitems have characters which don't show right) and also in the pages themselves. The example for the pages is the "Español" button at the lower left of the front page. On that page, the issue needs to be fixed in both the header (the part that is right aligned and says "Español") and in the body (which is in the html in the [login to view URL] file). Note that the [login to view URL] page functions differently in IE and Firefox - it needs to work in both. There are already a number of pages on the site which use the "sub-page format", and by that I mean how [login to view URL] gets the body content from espanol1.html. It is assumed that your solution will use the same existing files, however if this is not the case then you need to let us know with your bid. If you think we need to use a different type of third-party control then let me know in your bid. We will expect you to be able to start immediately and complete the project within 36 hours. If you think the project cannot be completed in that time then let us know why and how long you will take and we will consider your bid anyway. Please ask if you have any questions at all or any of this doesn't make sense. Look forward to your bid! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash/HTML/XML Needs to function in Firefox and IE 6+.
