**Please read attached description of the positions I need before bidding.**
I am looking to find a web **designer**, a web **developer**, and a web **programmer** that I can work with off of RAC to help me with various projects.
These do not *need* to be separate individuals, but I have a feeling I need at least a designer and a developer/programmer. There may be one single individual that meets the criteria of all three positions, but you would need to really show me this.
It would be great if I could find a single shop that is already managing individuals that are experts in each of these roles. That way I could interact directly with the manager, who could delegate my work to the most qualified employee, time track hours spent and then bill me. But I am open to hiring two or three people and managing them myself if need be.
I would like to pay you hourly for this work off of RAC (after this project) and am open to ideas on the best way for you to share accurate time tracking data with me.
If you are interested in working with me to fill one or more of these roles, put a bid in explaining what your skills are and what roles you believe you can fill. **Then set the bid to what your hourly wage would be for 5 hours of work.** In other words, if you expect to be paid $10 per hour, set your bid to $50. If I accept your bid, I will pay you that amount to do 5 hours of work for me (you time track) to see if we work well together. Then we can move off RAC is all goes well.
Thanks for your time, I look forward to a good working business relationship here.
