This is an ASP, so do not bid on it thinking its php, etc. This will be aproximately 10 pages. (main page, pages listing all beds, products, packages, coupons, and faqs, pages to display detailed info for the user selected product, bed,package,etc, a pop up window for the printer friendly view of the coupon, legal tou privacy and site map, contact us form, newsletter signup form, job application form)
**The coder must inform me the day before, of the page or section of the site that he intends to work on the following day. This will allow me to prepare a detailed instruction page as to what the final page should look like and what functions should be included in that particular page or section.**
Im looking for coders that can dedicate their time to this projects completion, so by bidding on this project you are stating that you are not currently working on any other project and you will only work on this project until its completed. Also by bidding on this project you are stating that you have access to 24/7 reliable internet connection and that there wont be any delays that are due to lengthy internet outages.
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
4) If this project is not completed by the deadline then the employer will have rights to all deliverable and project files that the worker has completed to date. There will be no compensation paid to the worker if there are deadlines missed. If the worker needs more time, then he should mention it before the project bid is assigned.
Furthermore if the project has to go to mediation/arbitration and the worker loses the arbitration then the employer will have all copyrights to use the work that has been delivered to the website to this point.
