I need to parse a XML file and append the data into 3 separate files. The tricky bit is the data needs to be rotated before being appended. Program needs to be run from command line as it is going to be scheduled to run automatically every morning. Prefer java but not required. (I can’t write it but I can read it) The file will look like [url removed, login to view] (file attached) Each day the daily file needs to be converted and appended to three files [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] The 1/3 of the results should look like [url removed, login to view] (file attached)

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

The data are in three columns, by area, produced each morning direct from access using VBS. I need the information from each of those columns separated into three different files and rotated from up & down to left to right using the date/time as the left-most column.
Prefer Java, running in XP
