60311 Php/MySQL Site Mods/Add ons

Need existing site modifications and additions. Also, depending on the price, I would be interested in a full re-write rather than modifications and add on's. Must include support AFTER the initial site in order to work out any possible bugs. You can take a look at the site at [login to view URL] and the needed mods at /prog. NOTE Very disappointed with overseas bidders that will bid anything just to see the site so that they can steal it then resell it. MUST BE A US RESIDENT, have references in the US which can be contacted and MUST sign a software agreement, agreeing that we will own the code once you're paid and that you WILL NOT SELL OUR SITE TO ANYONE ELSE once you're done. Will ONLY entertain a flat rates, no hourly bids. This could lead to a LOT of ongoing work but will start with smaller jobs. One step at a time.
