Hi, I have jpeg mock ups of a site I would like HTML/CSS/Images created for. If you win the bid, I'll provided you illustrator files that created the JPEGS. You provided me: 1) Seperate Header & Footer HTML for the main site 2) Seperate Header & footer for the login page 3) Body html for the pages shown that I can turn into templates 4) Image files where needed 5) CSS for the site 6) A rotating flash image viewer for the images included 7) Anything else required to implement the design shown in the jpegs (i.e. I'll need code or whatever to highlight or not highlight the navigation) The HTML created should comple with WC3 standard. CSS should be used as much as possible. Images should be used as little as possible, if you can do it with CSS/HTML don't use an image.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
