Small but creative template for a start-up

I need a small website template for a service providing website. The site concept is a small store for premade sites, low on features and price tag too. The client will check a demo of the site. If he decides to buy it it will be locked for 24 hours until he makes the payment. After that it will be placed in a predetermined webhost and given temporary domain name. As these sites will be put by me on the catalog they will appear in a not so consistent time-frame, like mushrooms. That is my creative idea of WEBGUMELO, which in portugues means, web mushroom. The customer will pick it's favorite mushroom. Requisites are: * It has to be creative, out-of-the-ordinary and eye-catching; * It must support IE 5.5 or upper/NS6 or upper; * I would like tones of green for background and sazzy looking logo or whatever, it's up to the creative mind; * As I am on a very tight budget, I am open to newcomers but I need quality graphics; * The website must be in PSD with full layers, and all html pages and graphics; ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
