SMS survey and presentation system (LAMP)

For my client, a NGO we require a SMS Survey, polling and presentation server based on opensource and web technologies. The system will be used by Radio stations in africa to do surveys of it's listeners and to present them to both the users and the admin. It consists of a frontend and a backend. Please read all the documentation attached in the zipfile, there is a detailed specification doc as well as API documentation to the SMS gateway. The system will have to be based on the LAMP stack. Furthermore we encourage the use of existing open source components like: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] ## Deliverables Additional requirements to the baseline documentation: SystSystem should support a total of 5000 active daily users. - System should support 100 concurrent requests. - System and database should be ready for Layer-7 loadbalancing. - Live database should hold survey data only with a history of 12 months. - Test system and simulation survey should be present for administrators. - Standby database should hold ALL survey data including geolocation data, phone records and replied answers. - A extra "export" frontend will be created in de admin interface to export all data to a excel sheet based on search queries. For instance "SELECT answers from SURVEY where GSMNUMBER is X" or "SELECT ALL from USERIDROW". This will present a HTML formatted page that can also exported to Excel.
