SQL Databse-Zones (revised)

I need an database to be created and uploaded to my server along with the data criteria in the [login to view URL] [login to view URL] project also entails creating the web pages attached and there will be one other supplied that will refine the sorted data further, by highest price, lowest price etc. I also need a secure login page. This project is rather urgent so please be sure you can complete within your allocated timeframe. If you choose to complete on your server I will need to view and test for 48 hours. I have included a small program I had developed to sort the data "datasort". The data import will need to function that same as the [login to view URL] program. Try this out and create a few errors in the road name and you can see how it works. Sometimes I need to correct my data and sometimes I need to correct the imrorted data. I will need to sort upload between 500 and 1500 records per month. I will also need to upload historical data of about 50,000 to 100,000 records, depending on how far I go back. All artwork will be supplied in illustrator format. The files attached are draft copies and your timframe will begin when you receive these files. Probably 2 days after project awarded. Please feel free to ask any questions before you bid and I will do my best to answer. I am not a programmer or developer so please send all questions in laymans terms. There is one field missing from this database and whilst I do not intend to add any more please allow say 5 extra fields for later use. This project is the first of many so please keep further work in mind. Other work will be through GAF of course.
