Template Modification (XHTML/CSS)(repost)

Website modification. XHTML, CSS, Flash, Photoshop See below for details... ## Deliverables Greetings, Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my website modification project. I should start by letting you know that I too am a web designer and software programmer. I am simply too busy at the moment and so far, for the next few weeks, to work on my own website. Having a programming background I will attempt to gather all necessary source files and place them within a .zip package organized to make the job as easy as possible for you. This package will include all .html files that came with the template, all .PSD files for the site, all fonts that the template requires, and flash source (.fla) files necessary to make any changes to the header (I believe I already finished the flash, but not certain). In an effort to spell out clearly what I am looking for within the content, I will simply modify the .PSD files to the best of my ability. This will include all text content changes and the layout thereof. This project does not require any image editing or design. Outside of a simple content modification, the only thing that I ask is that once completed, all pages validate 100% successful according to W3C XHTML/CSS standards. This should be a no brainer for any decent web designer, as I imagine you would use this as common practice. This project would serve as a great starting point for new web designers to Rent-A-Coder, as it is fairly simple, will not take very long, and is a guaranteed performance based rating. The hardest part of this project will be manipulating <div> and/or <table> designs?&#8364;? Beginner level stuff! The deadline for this project is relaxed, as I am not in a big hurry. However, I expect you to state your estimated deadline within your bid and we?&#8364;&#8482;ll work with that. Please do not bid on this project if you do not have the time to take care of it properly. If the final website does not appear as it does in the .PSD files that I provide (other than approved diversions), this project will not be accepted as complete. All communication must go through Rent-A-Coder. My response time is typically very short and you may feel free to be as technical as needed without worrying about having to break things down.
