We have a simple website design that needs to be converted to HTML/CSS. Attached is a PDF file (Flow Website [url removed, login to view]) that has every page already designed (the menu isn't right though, please see the included JPEGs for the look of the menu.) Also included is an architecture map that shows the site's layout (Creative Flow Architecture v2.1 [url removed, login to view]).
The text should all be HTML text, so use a font that is similar to the one in the design. "Tahoma" is a good, standard font that looks similar. Some things in the PDF aren't perfect, like how the navigation items aren't spaced out evenly. For the navigation item spacing and submenus, please see the two included JPEGs: "[url removed, login to view]" and "[url removed, login to view]". These show how the navigation should be spaced and also how the submenu should look and function.
The pages for "The 7 Creative Flow Principles in Action" (page #6 of the PDF) and "How well does your creativity flow?" (page #8 of the PDF) have Flash movies that don't need to be created. I will add those later, so just use a placeholder graphic for now. The main image on the home page (the one with the grey-haired man) is a Flash movie too, but just use the graphic for now. The Resources section isn't ready yet, so just make a page with the Resources header and text that says "Coming soon." The content for the Contact Us page is in a Word document that will be provided once a coder is selected. The Contact Us page will also have a PHP contact form. The content and photos for every section of the site is separated into individual Word documents.
Also attached are 2 JPEGs that show how the sub menu should work. The sub navigation on the home page should be a DHTML layer that shows up on top of everything when you roll over the menu items. On the sub pages, the sub navigation will always be there and both the current section and current page will be highlighted in blue. For sub pages that don't have a sub nav, the subnav shouldn't show up unless you roll over a menu item that has a sub nav.
DON'T USE the photos from the PDF. All of the photos will be given to the chosen coder as high quality images that you can resize once the bid is accepted.
The site should be 780 pixels wide. If you view the included PDF at 75%, it will be the correct size.
