Upsell Page Web Designer

Hi, If you are not familiar with what an Upsell page is then you aren't the person for this job. I'm in need of a web designer who is familiar with internet marketing and internet marketers! :-) We don't like pretty "Flash" like websites, but simple fast loading websites that sell our knowledge products. I need a page designed to help promote an upsell to a popular product that I sell. This product has a separate sales page, but I need a small upsell page that fits "above the fold." I'll provide the rough lay out of what I want but am counting on you to bring it to life. THIS IS MORE THAN A ONE-SH0T DEAL! I am in DESPERATE need of a person who understands web pages for internet marketers. My website ranks at almost 25,000 on Alexa, (up from 30,000 last month )and is the leader in it's field. Thanks, Barney ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
