I currently have the 10 pages that will make up this website in .psd format. The design of these pages is completed and ready to be put on the web.
**I am seeking a programmer that can:
**1.) Convert these pages into html
-Add rollover functions to buttons
-Add a small flash banner (which I will provide) to
homepage. This feature does not have to be Flash. I simply
want to have several images which I will provide
alternate every few seconds.
2.) Add a calender to "Events" page that will display a
title and have rolloever function displaying contents.

I am open to alternative suggestions for this calendar.
3.) Add an email forum to the Contact page (contents will be
provided). Please see:<[url removed, login to view]>
4.) Create an Admin Panel in which user will be able to
change certain text (I will choose), calendar information
and upload new images to the Flash (or similar) banner.
5.) Upload these pages to the server and complete all
navigation of each of the buttons on the site.
6.) Perform any minor maintenance necessary to make the
have the site running with no imperfections.
****IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED, CODER _MUST:
_1.) Provide samples of at least 5 websites completed
2.) Show at least 1 sample of an ADMIN PANEL completed
(preferrably one that I can navigate through)
3.) Have completed at least 5 Projects on RAC**
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
