This position entails both management of a team and individual work in the creation of websites to add to our network. You will be responsible for managing part of our development team. You will have between 2 and 6 people working on your team. You and your team will be responsible for creating a wide variety of completed websites using popular CMS like WordPress, Joomla, Droopal, Blogger, and others. You will need to be able to set up the website CMS on our servers within our hosting accounts. You will need to find appropriate themes and design for each individual website. You will need to add content to these websites using a variety of different methods, such as plug-ins, to grab videos, text and pics found online, unique content created by you or our writers, etc. You will need to integrate ads into these websites. With this position you will be in charge of taking our popular domain names and developing their websites to completion. Then the websites will be approved and sent to our SEO / Traffic Team. 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
2) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Employer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Employer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the employer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this project.
