I need a cutting edge, effective website for a professional magician. The site needs to have at least five well-designed pages, that are aesthetically pleasing and integrate good graphics, video, and audio. The page details are as follows:
1.) Home page with links to video clips that can be viewed within the site.
2.) Check out page, where customers can purchase DVDs and other items.
3.) Performance Rates page
4.) Private Lessons Rates page
5.) Contact Page with an email form.
It is very important that quality video, graphics, and the brand logo are incorporated throughout the site!
When bidding you **MUST**:
1.) Send me a portfolio of previous work
2.) Include a competitive price
3.) Include a projected time frame for competing the work
**YOU MUST BE WILLING TO DO REPEAT BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE!
Thanks for you interest, and I look forward to working with one of you.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
I need to be able to easily update the site with new video clips, text, and photos. The best way that I know how to do this is with design view in programs such as Dreamweaver and FrontPage, but I am open to other suggestions.
The site should be accessible from all major browsers, including (but not limited to): Internet Explorer 3.0+, Firefox, Netscape, and Safari.
